Im getting my new GPU,CPU,Motherboard and PSU, today.

All i know so far is to make sure to remove the old AMD integrated graphics drivers.

I'm using all the other stuff i have currently, so the hard drive, the ram, the disc drive. I have never done this before, i have had a look inside my own PC, but i have a friend coming over, he has some* experience.

So the main question is
Is there anything else i should do on this PC before replacing and adding a new Motherboard, PSU, CPU and GPU?

If you require any more info, feel free to ask!

Thank you.

What version of windows is it? If win 10, do this before swapping - reactivate win 10 on new hardware

Helps to backup anything on drive before you move it just in case you get errors booting windows and need to clean install windows to get it to work normally. I would recommend a fresh install after changing CPU/motherboard and GPU. Its essentially a new PC
