i have asus x550v i7 6700hq ang GPU GTX 950M and 8gb ram, but i'm getting 60 fps in any game except gta 5 it runs around 45 to 60 fps...please i need some help

If its not above 60fps in any games, make sure you disable V-Sync and set any frame limiters above this.
You might have enabled frame-limiting in some software which you have forgotten about.
Software such as EVGA Precision X does have the ability to cap the fps to 60 for all games...
