Im looking for a new cpu that will be paired with the gtx 660 or gtx 750 ti, my motherboard is the msi a75a-g55, please help. my budget is around 80 euros

Do you have a current CPU in there? The FM1 socket was phased out very quickly and there's not a very wide range of CPUs available for this motherboard; the Athlon II X4 651 is, if I'm not mistaken, the best CPU that will run on this board.

Video Card AMD Radeon HD 6410D

RAM 4.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

And if i would want to handle a game like rainbow six siege, because all my friends are playing that game. would that still be a good option or should i maybe buy a second-hand gaming pc wich is better than my current.

You'd be right around the minimum with the CPU, a little above minimum, but below recommended, by the GPU. You'd definitely need to keep your settings on the low side.

This site says wich cpu's are compatible i just found it, is there maybe a better cpu than the A II x 4 651?

No. I was already working from the MSI's compatibility list for this motherboard. It's as good as this motherboard gets; I understand you'd like more performance but entry-level gaming builds tend to remain entry-level gaming builds when they're on these types of "light" platforms.
