"...sometimes the hard drive wasn't showing in uefi bios..."
I'm sorry, my reply was submitted before I saw your post about UEFI/BIOS not seeing the HD; my earlier post is nul and void -- I think you did the right thing!

tnx bro u freeked me about a minute there but do you think it would happen to my old hard drive too because it also went to same problem of kernal in page error and wasn't showing hard drive sometimes since then would u think it would solve the problem if i buy a new one cause im done waiting for it

It's fine, but I'd suspect the motherboard as much as the hard disk, particularly because you got kernel data in page errors.

ill tell you from start fisrt i used to have intel it wasn't turning on so replaced everything but hard drive which i thought was not a problem so formated it and installed windows 7 after 3 hours running Windows 7 got this kernal error when i was playing diepio online without any Antivirus installed so i replaced with new hard drive got this error again after running 3 hours so retuned it to buy a new one u think will fix it

Unless you installed shady software (you know the risks), you should consider swapping other parts. I'm not saying that 2 hard disks couldn't go bad, but it's unlikely if the rest of the system is good quality (motherboard and PSU). I understand that the error can be caused by a corrupted system partition, but if it occured with 2 different hard disks, then I'd start presuming another component is causing the issue. Did you check the status code as suggested here? http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3128604/fix-windows-error-kernel-data-inpage-error.html

Honestly I wish that getting a new hard disk will resolve your issue...
