What to upgrade in gaming pc?

So i built a pc a few yeard back but now it´s outdated and i can barely run andromeda with somewhat ok graphics. Games like Overwatch still work but i´d rather just upgrade it. What parts would you guys say is recommended to upgrade? Is something being bottlenecked?

CPU: Intel core i5-4690K 3.50Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
RAM: 8Gb
(I will upgrade PSU)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM , 6Gb/s

Gpu then 16gb RAM.

Cpu is still very good.

An SSD is a great addition but does help fps, only reduces load times but it makes your whole pc feel much faster.

Do you already have a good cooler and OC your CPU?

even 8gb is enough for gaming. update ur gpu to a 1070 if ur budget allows or an rx480(i prefer it over 1060)
the 4690k is still a solid cpu.

A couple of recent games do suffer slight stuttering on 8gb and looking for things to upgrade it should be on the list in my opinion after the gpu.
