I have to msi gtx 1050 ti and I just wont to know if you can have dual monitor set up?

Certainly.
You just need to be able to connect your monitor inputs to the graphics card outputs.

Some monitors automatically detect which input is sending signals,
'For others there is a switch or menu item on the monitor for you to select which input is attached.
