I want to buy a NEW HDD for my PC.
I heard western digital blue found in today's market are most of the times refurbished old hard drives, and also saw seagate barracuda is superior in quality, toshiba ? Don't know about it.
Now all three will cost more or less 45-50$ in my country for new in local shops
toshiba - 43$

seagate - 47$
shop link : https://ryanscomputers.com/storage/internal-hdd/seagate/seagate-st1000dm010-1tb-sata-7200rpm-3-5-barracuda35-hdd-desktop.html
western digital -47$.

which one should I buy ?

yeah, sea-gates suck. But, If hes penny pinching, then the options are limited. I'd say at lease consider refurb drives. They are as good as new, but cheaper. Try to get a WD drive, or if possible , a HGST one. Even wd reds and nas drives are good ones.
