Hi. I have access to a public Wi-Fi hotspot set up near my home for everyone nearby in the suburb to use. I can connect to the Wi-Fi with my phone. First I had to open a user account. Then every day when I do this, I am directed to a gateway site, where I have to click ‘Connect to Free Wi-Fi’ and I’m connected, no problem.
Now I managed to connect to the Wi-Fi with my PC, but when I went to my browser, I wasn’t directed to the gateway site. Therefore I’m not connected to the internet.
I ran a diagnosis, and it says ‘the default gateway is not available’
How can I fix this problem? Please help. Thanks.
