I just build my first rig for gaming. Right now I'm booting windows 10 from my SSD. The boot time is like 3 seconds, which is great. However, I just want to use my SSD for just gaming and use my HDD as main my system. I'm a Linux user so what I'm trying to do is install CentOS on my HDD and keep windows for the os on my SSD (256 Gib which is plenty). I'm tyring to set up my bios so that instead of booting from my SSD it boots to a choice screen where i can pick from the ssd or HDD. Anyone know how to set up the bios to achieve this. Thanks

Solution
The bootloader will be in one location, regardless. You will boot to the bootloader and select which OS to boot into.
Start the installation of CentOS and go through the dual boot setup. You'll use the GRUB to choose between Windows 10 on the SSD or CentOS on the HDD. Be sure to make the right choices during setup - don't wipe out your windows 10 install.

Do some Google searches for dual booting windows 10 and CentOS for further instructions.
