I have a GTX 970 SC (NO OC) with AMD FX 8230 (NO OC) and 16 gbs of ram. Okay I've been having some problems lately with my GPU. My fps is going below normal. Ex. Payday 2 maxed out used to get 200 FPS now i Am getting 20. Now I made another thread a couple days ago about this and i downgraded the current drivers I had then the problem went away. But as soon as i restarted my PC either the drivers will automatically update the drivers or the stay the same and the outcome from BOTH of those choices it makes my frame rate drop below normal.EVERY SINGLE TIME. The only way for me to make it go back to normal is to install a older version of the nvida drivers then fps goes back to normal until i restart my PC again. And neither my GPU/CPU are Overheating. CPU 30 in indle 50 in load and GPU 40 idle and 60 in load.
Now i honestly think this is a virus but it may be something else, do anyone know how to fix this?
