Hi, i've been using this build for 6 years, so it's now been running ok. Was wondering if a graphic card upgrade is required to get the most out of playing current games these days ? E.g. BF1, Titanfall2, TW:Warhammer

My current specs
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4B3 P67 DDR3 Intel 1155pin

RAM: G Skill 8G DDR3 1600Mhz PC12800 RL 9-9-9-24

GPU: Powercolor 1GB 6850 PCI-E

PSU: Antec HCG-620 High Current Gamer Gaming PSU

Aside from the potential graphics card upgrade. I'll be adding a SSD as well, aside from that is the RAM sufficient ?

Looking forward to hearing some input! Many thanks!

The 2400 still does well with today's games but is falling back. But anyways it will do, I'd say you should go with a GTX 1050 Ti, further than that and you may see signs of bottlenecks and thus reduced performance. 8 GB will hold you back a little since games nowadays have started requiring 16 GB.

I would say that you are ok with the ram you have, Considering how expensive DDR3 is nowadays, and the problem of finding new ram that is compatible with your old ram, I would say that it would not be cost effective to upgrade the ram. Also considering the cost of CPUs that would work with your motherboard, I think a new CPU, motherboard and ram would be a better solution.
