I'm not very tech savvy, but recently I've been having to flick my PSU on and off because my graphics card/motherboard will flicker on and fans will begin to turn but then doesn't turn fully on unless I turn the switch on and off in increments to power it back up. Here's a video of what it does. Rig is barely a few months old, built it in January
