Infinity Fabric performance being directly proportional to RAM speed and even more so latency.

I started a thread over at AMD. After watching this youtube video of the MindBlank Tech
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZS2XHcQdqA
The video shows performance increasing with higher clocked ram. I thought if the RAM speed affected Infinity Fabric performance then maybe lower latency would have a similar affect. The first person to respond to my post claims just a minor reduction in timing gave significant results in some of his benchmarks. So, I pose this question here. Has anyone tried low latency RAM with Ryzen? Please share your benchmarks and settings!

That was only a small reduction in latency. I'm asking just too see what other people have come across. 3-5% is pretty significant if reducing the latency continues to have this same effect. With the RAM I mentioned above it would significantly drop latency, which should result in a rather large increase in performance. This performance increase is also passed on to FPS at 1080p. I'm looking for multiple independents to post their benchmarks here, so we can compare!
