I need to know whether or not I can still use my external Seagate BUP-BK 3.63tb hdd.
S.M.A.R.T says it's on caution, but I don't understand what these mean:

Still copying over a full tb of stuff to my main hdd.

Solution
It means that 24 sectors (hex 18) could not be read.
To resolve pending status, sectors have to be overwritten.
Then - depending on rewrite success pending status gets cleared (or on failure sector gets relocated to spare area).
