Help me upgrade my CPU

Hey there!
I am looking to upgrade my PC as my current cpu (A10 6700 3.7GHz @ 2 cores) is on the fritz. I want to upgrade to ddr4 but after doing hours of research I've found it is a little bit on the expensive side. I started with looking into intel, but I found that AMD is considerably cheaper, for similar performance. I had trouble finding AMD cpus that are ddr4 so I gave up and came here to ask for help. I'd like to change my motherboard, cpu and RAM and my budget is about $375 cad.

AMD A10-6700 3.7GHz 2 cores
Asus Geforce gtx 750 ti 2gb
Coolermaster Elite 550 Ver.2
8gb installed Phisical Memory

Wait for Ryzen 5 to come out. AMD is considerably cheaper, but not similar performance at the price points you're looking at so I'm not sure exactly which CPUs you're referencing. Look at a 1500X, b350 motherboard, and some DDR4 most likely. The i5 6500, a b250 mobo, and some DDR4 would also be a good choice. You should consider changing your power supply for a higher quality one in the near future but that's not quite as pressing of an issue.

I woulf go with the g4560 with a b250 or h270 motherboard it inly costs around 79 and is the best budget cpu under 100 and is equivelent to an i3 and since you have money left upgrade to an rx 470 and you will have tremendus proformance increases
