*HELP* Mother board CPU spot bent. What to do?

I need help. So I have a GIGABYTE LGA1151 Intel H110 Micro ATX DDR4 Motherboard GA-H110M-A and so. I was putting the computer together for the 100th time and while i was doing that about ready to install the CPU again I noticed a prong was bent like sticking up. I ran my finger VERY lightly ac crossed the motherboard and it was definitely sticking up. Is it normal for the LGA1151 for that to do that. Also when I built this computer before it would always turn on then off. And repeat this process any idea's before I go any farther?

Update I bent another pin in the proccess its bent towards the top and then goes back down to the bottom I have a new motherboard on the way I will not make this mistake again.
