I use my mothers laptop that she gets from her company and i recently used it to do some homework and I didnt shut it down, while the screen was on I just closed the laptop and its battery died because I didnt charge it. So now im on it and i cant start up normally, i can only start up on safe mode and even then I cant make changes to the computer because it needs an administrator password which me and my mom dont know (im assuming her company does) but after I try to start normally i click enter and the windows animated logo starts up and then after it starts up the screen is a dark blank screen without the mouse cursor on it. Ive tried everything and now my mom thinks i broke it and I dont want her to get in trouble with her job. Please help..

She probably won't get into trouble. IT guys are used to having Laptop problems. It's always a bad HDD or water spilled on the keyboard or dead MOBO or something. But anyway, if you cant boot it normally, even after giving it some time , then just let your MOM take it to her work's tech guy. It's not like you can do much anyway without the ADMIN password. Afterall, the company owns the laptop, and it's different when there's a cracked screen, but when it's software related, then it's definitely not your fault and they should fix it no problem. It's probably a corrupted boot partition or something.
