Been worried that the temps on my (stock)i7 7700k are too high I'm using a kraken x62 cooler and I have resat it 4 times replaced thermal compound
When idle on windows 10 I get
35-36c roughly 1 to 3% load and then It will spike to high 40s low 50s sometimes, liquid temps on the cooler are about 33c while writing and increasing fans and pump to 100% don't lower the temps sometimes spikes even higher then before. when running cinebench I get high 80s sometimes high 90s but stop the test when it gets too high not sure to rma cpu or cooler maybe both? And I have checked fan orientation what is fine I got 2 intakes and 2 exhausting. Have also checked voltage it's running with 1.216v. Thanks for any replies

Intel is notorious for crappy TIM material so i would not be surprised. But are you sure you have enough thermal paste on the cpu, b/c it seems awfully high. Like it should be in the 60 and NEVER 90's on a AIO. Air cooling doesn't even get that hot. I'd say at least try to buy a new tube of thermal paste and try that. Go for something like Noctua or ICdiamond or Arctic Silver. Included thermal paste has a habit of being crappy. Also, don't forget that some of these pastes need time to set before they work as designed.
The only other thing is maybe the pump isn't working as fast as it should, or you put the fans on backwards so they are blowing into each other. IDk

When running test benches like cine bench, you are stress testing your pc which is normal for high temperatures however, since you have water cooling as well, I am sure getting to the high 90c is actually not normal. A regular idle temperature is around 30-50c,while on load should be around 50-60c. Once you start overclocking, it should stay around 70-80c to be safe and further than 90c, you are going to start degrading your cpu.
