Asus H110-D Motherboard
Zotac 1050ti Graphics card
HyperX 8GB memory card x1

R5 chips will be released soon and will be great for Video work.. PSU is honestly a little Over Kill, you could save some money there. Maybe try to go for a sshd on this budget since ssd's are still expencive and sshd's are good OS drives since they cache some stuff, unless your ok with 120GB, or 240GB max as a OS drive. Honestly, Just buy a used ELGATO HD. They run like 100 USD or less and work great. It's far better then software based recording. Just stuff to think about.

Are there any alternative for r5 chips? They will come to my country in 2 months and I doubt my local shops will have that.. And what does sshds do?

I don't see anything need to be modified here. 1 piece of 8Gb ram is unwise, then again you will need space for upgrade later on.

Do mind that i5 is near its end use. My i5-2320 oc 3,5GHz (4GHz actual work) can barely meet the need for Battlefield 1. I have to tweak around in order to just be able to play with least fps dips on 1440x900 ultra setting with RX 480 4Gb. I know i5-6500 is better, but for playing and recording, I think you will need an i7.

If you lived in united states, there are lots web selling used server parts. The first generation of xeon with 8 core 16 thread is still a beast. I currently using 4th generation xeon with 1,7 GHz clock 12 core 24 thread and have no problem with i5 killer game such as Battlefield 1(uses 6 thread 100%), Watchdogs 2 (uses 24 thread 50%) and Mafia 3. Also tested on Witcher 3, resident evil 7 and The division with no problem at all. My xeon has GTX 1060 6Gb as its partner.

Here is an example:
http://natex.us/intel-s2600cp2j-motherboard-dual-e5-2650-sr0kq/
Do remember the above link has 2 cpu, so you will have total 16 core and 32 thread, but the downsize is its a bit old and will use more electricity than 1 cpu build (its overkill but I just want to show you what its capable of). I lived in Asia so I do not have access for it hence I get my xeon from Japan and bought expensive asrock X99 taichi. You could just bought a cpu and buy a new 2011 motherboard elsewhere. Its up to you.

PS: SSD is a must have for me

I also live in asia and its giving me a hard time in finding specific cheap components and I think i will not be able to find a xeon processor any alternatives for a good next gen cheap AMD processor?

And why is it unwise to have 1x 8gb ram?

Btw thanks

"And why is it unwise to have 1x 8gb ram?"

Because your motherboard's Dual Channel Memory Architecture capability requires matched pairs of RAM modules. With only one module installed, RAM will only operate in single-channel mode, so RAM operations are slower.

Therefore, a matched pair of 4GB modules is preferable to having a single 8GB module.

The motherboard gives no option for overclocking so the "K" version of that cpu isn't necessary. If you want the fastest clocked just get the i5 7600. No need for an aftermarket cooler in that case too.
More important, that chipset on that motherboard probably doesn't support that cpu out of the box and would need a bios update.I strongly suggest to use the mony saved on the cpu to be used to get a B250 motherboard.
The bios needed for the H110 motherboard is "H110M-D BIOS 3016" from 2016/12/29,so it's up to you, still alot of older boards around.
The psu isn't great as well,i would choose another one.

If wanting an ssd try to choose a 240gb one,a 120gb is pretty easy to fill up and even >~240gb goes faster than you think.
