managed to save 33$ without sacrificing performance
but the build is already pretty much value trimmed.

Games are becoming more core hungry. Highly recommend this as it will give you more asymmetric performance like gaming and recording or streaming at the same time.

Ditch the cooler. The stock cooler which comes included should do the job. Get a HDD as you might run out of space pretty soon on that SSD.

O alright but l don't what the stock cooler be to loud ty for your help and what HDD should l get then 1 terabit and why a mini gpu? does mini Gpu decrease performance? l can add a nother 100-200$ on the card if needed to record HD gameplay

There is no difference in performance between a normal card and a mini card. Performance across all the cards are more or less similar.
You can get the HDD linked in my list. However, if you raise your budget, you can look at this build. This should be a more powerful gamer and recorder. Also, if you want, you can change the GPU with this one. This GPU is $10 over and is clocked significantly higher, out of the box.
