is this a good system?

CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-7100 Kaby Lake Processor
MB: MSI B250M PRO-VH
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB 2400Mhz CL16 Red DDR4
VGA: MSI GTX950
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200Rpm 64MB Buffer HDD (WD10EZEX)
Power: FSP HYPER 700W Power Supply
Monitor: LG 20MP38HB (19.5Inch Panel: IPS) OR Samsung LS19F355HN (19Inch Panel: TN)

Power in suitable?
LG or Samsung is better?

Solution
- i would go with a pentium g4560 which has 2 cores and 4 threads like the i3, and it performs 5-10% worse than the 7100 but for half the price.

- the 950 is the way to go since it beats the rx460 and 750ti, although you should
check how much a radeon rx470 costs since it has more than double performance

- you should pick a more trustworthy power supply, i would go for corsair or evga
(corsair cx450m)
(evga 430w)
(evga 500b)

- for the motherboard i suggest a gigabyte ga-b250m-ds3h (4 ram slots) or msi b250m pro-vd (2 ram slots), also make sure your ram is 2133 or 2400 mhz

- for a gaming monitor i wouldnt go cheaper than an asus vp228h or vs247hr
