Fan Header not connected

My Motherboard has 3 fan header 1 cpu and 2 system fan headers, when I use speed fan or look in the bios, it says one of the fan headers is not connected even tough the fan is spinning and working fine?

When you used those kind the software, you may or may not have the right readings, because it will depends on the MB sensors, You can see from the speedfan site, under the "a few numbers" they said: almost any number of fan speed readings, almost any number of South Bridges. Keep in mind the "almost".

You can try other software, like HWiNFO64 https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php or go into the BIOS, hardware monitor section, something like that to check it.

And you should update the MB chipset to newer one, sometime it will help.
