Hi, im Eric. Im 16 year old boy from sweden, and i have some problems with my laptop. I got this laptop about a year ago and it was amazing, I could finally play counter-strike: source in highest revelution and highest settings and get 60 fps. Same thing with Garry's mod, but recently my laptop has become unusually slow, Some told me that it could be a virus/malaware that use up all your cpu and ram. But malaware bytes and avira antivurs doesnt pick anything up. Today my laptop cant even get over 30 fps in counter strike source in 800 x 600 revelution + lowest settings. And its not just slow with games but also with other softwares such as google chrome, and my laptop freezes for 2 seconds for no reason at all. My laptop wasnt this slow before, please help me. Thank you for your time reading this and helping me :)

My laptop specs :
Gt 520m 1024 mb vram.
10 gb ram, 2.1 ghz
1 tb storage hdd.
64 bit. windows 10.

Temps are for temperatures mate. Here it refers to the temperatures of your CPU and GPU to see if they are overheating... you can use various applications such as Open Hardware Monitor. I'll give a link. It's safe. Just run this application and see what your temperatures are. If you want to see how they are under stress then start a game and play it for a bit, check them again.
