Short answer no.
Now if you want to spend money you could buy devices that convert copper ethernet to optical. Which exact device you buy depends on the type of fiber cable you have since there are 2 or 3 major sizes/frequencies used. Now this assumes it is a network fiber in the first place the ones used to connect to audio ports say on a pc are something that does not match up with network equipment

You'll need something like this to convert fiber to ethernet.
