So i want to upgrade my ram, i am running an i5 6600k, with an asus gtx 1070, on the gigabyte xp-sli motherboard. I have been running around the internet for the past 30min trying to find a definitive answer if i need to go into the bios and change things to get ddr4-3000 mhz ram to work with my system, currently i am running with ddr4-2400 mhz. if anyone would be able to help me with this dilemma i would really appreciate it. i cant seem to find an answer on my own.
i need help with upgrading ram.
