Hello!
I was recently enjoying some Fallout 4 on my PC when I noticed some performance issues (audio lag, textures not showing properly) so I decided to restart my computer, seeing as how it had been on non stop for almost a full day. When I tried to boot it back up, it kept getting stuck on the BIOS startup screen, with the American Megatrends logo up on top and some of my PC specs listed. I could not go past this screen or access any kind of boot menu. Any help would be much appreciated!

PC Model: Acer Predator G5900
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz, 2934 MHz, 4 cores, 8 processors
20 GB physical RAM installed
OS: Windows 10 Home
Video adapter: Radeon R9 390
