Cant lower my fan speed below ~1000rpm

Im using Speedfan and I can higher my fan speed to 100% but once I go lower than about 50% it doesnt lower anymore.
But my other fan I can lower all they way till it doesnt move.

you may need to do that in the motherboards bios if its set to say a rpm rande that speed fan type program can only adjust that to it

so in the bios the case fan1 is set for 1000- 2500 rpm that 0% =1000 -100%= 2500 rpm of that range .. could be wrong but seems some work like that

I can only choose from Manual,Silent,Normal,Fullspeed apperantly and when i pick silent i still cant lower from 1000 rpm??

so I thought I seen ''disable ''

Disabled - Allows the fan to run at full speeds.

I guess they could of changed that parameter with in any bios update revision and may not be available in any bios revision ?

according to that manual should be there to use ???
