I do not posses enough money to buy some 100-200$ graphics card. I assembled myself a Desktop 3 years ago and have been using it to play nearly every game that has been released before 2013. I usually reduce the graphics to 800*600 or 1024*720 for every game i have played and get a playable 30-40 fps. My Desktop specs are:
1600*900 AOC 768p monitor 20"
Intel i3-2120 3.3GHz
4Gb RAM both Kingston 800Mhz
Intel DH61WW Motherboard
Toshiba 500Gb HDD 5400rpm
I wish to play some more recently released sequels like crysis 3, Assassins creed Unity etc as i have played the prequels using the above specs at low resolutions and at playable fps.
Suggest me some graphics cards within 70$ with power enough to run crysis 3 at 1024*720 30 fps
I'm poor and don't mock me for my Desktop specs, i play with what i can get.

I'd really look at local craigslist or make a post on the hardwareswap subreddit. Something used will be way better for you. You can probably get a 770 or 960 or 1050 in that price range.

You may be limited by your power supply. So please post that. If it is poor in quality then I'd look more for a 750ti which can be purchased really cheap used and can work with a junk power supply.

R9 270x, or maybe R9 280 if you have the money.

Thank you for your quick reply
I use a Zebronics cabinet fitted with 500W PSU, its in good condition and i usually connect another 500Gb HDD to copy files and provides power without any interruption.

Um, to clarify, give the make and model of the power supply, or let us know if it has one or two 6 pin pci-ex connectors. Just providing wattage isn't enough information. Offhand, assuming you have the power connector for it, I'd say a used HD 7850 or 7870 should fall in your budget range and do very well at that resolution.

at 720p you are looking at 750 ti range

look around for a used one

For a used GT610 that is double what it should cost. That is not a gaming card at all. As a rule of thumb for gamin, you do not want any nVidia card with a "10" at the end. Even those with a "30" are not very good for demanding games, although at 720 on lower settings those may work.

i had a 5450, that's an example of a videocard that is not meant for gaming, it's for people who need better integrated graphics than they already have. I used it to accelerate HD video, like on Youtube. It worked great for that.

A GT 710 or GT 610 are examples of the same thing, but from Nvidia. These are cards meant for people with basic, non gaming needs and whose integrated graphics aren't enough. Do NOT buy one of these cards for gaming. You want a card for gaming, get a gaming card. There are plenty of choices, new and used.

Is that in US prices? Do not buy that card for $90, it's a $40-60 card new https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129283&cm_re=r7_250-_-14-129-283-_-Product

For $90 get the RX 460, it's much faster, but you need to make sure you check for a BIOS update on your motherboard and check if it's a UEFI one or a legacy BIOS one.

Not a lot of choices in India for that budget, see if you can go up to a 750 Ti card, those look to be just over the R7-250 prices but are a lot faster.

R7 250X is $100 in India and about 40% faster than R7 250. GTX 750 is $120 in India and 100% faster than R7 250.
If you're set on buying R7 250 for $90 then GT 730 2GB Gddr5 for $75 is same performance but cheaper.
