New graphic card and Monitor says No input signal

Hello
I have a ASRock G41M-S3 and the bios That is for 2011 and Version 1.4 which there is an update for version 1.5 not sure if i should upgrade
also 4 GB of Ram.
Intel Chipset G41
Southbridge Intel 82801gb(ICH/R)
CPU: Intel Pentium E5700 @ 3.00GHZ Pentium R Dual-Core
Also a PSU with 450 W
and i recently had a GeForce GT 520 and upgraded to GTX 1050 Ti
but when i put the Gtx 1050 ti it says that no input signal and there is a red light on the driver on the front of my case
and the monitor is completly black , I have no idea what to do
i also uninstalled the older driver. Please help
i have bought the case in 2011

What is the brand and model of the power supply?

Yes do the BIOS update and check things again.

It may be your older motherboard is not compatible with the newer video card if it's not a UEFI BIOS. You may want to check with the vendor of the card and ask them about compatibility.
