GPU CPU throttle/heat up after connecting to internet

My GPU and CPU gets heated up slowly after connecting to the internet. This process is gradual and occurs slowly in half an hour. It then settles at GPU 65 degree C and CPU/Board over 50-55 degree C. On idle these values are 35 and 20-25 respectively. When internet is not connected PC idles at mentioned values and runs very smooth. On heavy gaming(Far cry primal for 4 hours) with internet disconnected GPU maxes at 47 degree and CPU/board at 40-45 degree. Now the problem is the PC lags like hell in even simplest tasks like scrolling or even moving the mouse every 3 seconds when the GPU/CPU/Board are at peak values.Gaming is not possible with this lag.I read on Tomshardware that a user had this similar issue which was caused by bad LAN card driver, which got solved on updating it. I tried it but no difference. I have on board Realtek ethernet card. I even tried to totally eliminate it by removing the RJ45 cable and used a Usb WiFi adapter to connect to the internet. Still it happens. I doubt there is some process connecting to the internet that is causing this. What can be the possible cause?

My Pc is 4 years old, but maintained properly.
Specs are -
CPU-AMD Fx6100 hexacore cpu at 3.3Ghz
MBoard- Asus M5A99 FX Pro R2.0
GPU- Asus Gtx 660 Direct CU 2GB
Kingston 240Gb SSD with Win7 ultimate
Cooler master K380 cabinet
Cooler master GX2 650 power supply
Seagate Backup plus 4TB external drive

If more info is needed i will post it. Please help!!

Hmm well, the only process using your CPU at the moment of that screenshot is Windows Defender, perhaps a scheduled scan so that's normal, however if only that is managing to raise your CPU and mobo temps considerably high and likely heating up inside the case thus affecting the GPU as well (there's no GPU usage at all on that screenshot) then it seems that your CPU cooler is not working as good as you thought.

AMD stock coolers have never been good in first...

AMD stock coolers have never been good in first place, you could try reapplying thermal paste (in these 4 years you should have replaced it at least twice) and see if that solves it.

Would be interesting to see if Windows Defender starts only with an available internet connection, otherwise it could be something else we didn't catch on that procexp screenshot.

Oh also, those last two processes, gigaget and everything.exe, do you know what they are? as in did you install them? they're not the regular stuff on windows so unless you installed them hover the mouse on them to see where they are located and delete them (check on your list of installed programs first to see if you can properly uninstall them first).
