Hi all

New build with the following:

Intel i7-6800K, Core. Processor family: Intel High End Desktop Processors, Processor frequency: 3.4 GHz, Processor socket: LGA 2011-v3

Asus x99 aii

Corsair CMK32GX4M4A2400C14 Vengeance LPX 32GB (4x 8GB) DDR4 2400Mhz CL14 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Module - Black

Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler

I believe these all to be compatible.

It won't boot. I get the 19 led message and an amber light over the memory LED.

I've tried various memory configurations including just one stick. Also removed and replaced the cpu.

Very frustrated and completely out of ideas.
Any help much appreciate.

Solution
Some Intel X99 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Broadwell-E CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.
