dvd player does not list files to open

Toshiba Satellite upgraded to Windows 10. Dvd player spins, but files are not listed under drive. Previously functioned fine. Same issue with different discs. Lens cleaned with canned air, and a lens cleaner disc. No change.

ODDs do fail eventually. I've replaced about 5 to 6 ODDs during my years with a PCs since they stopped reading my CDs/DVDs.
