I'm trying to figure out if my CPU is bad or my MOBO is bad... my pc turns on 2-3 seconds turns off then back on 2-3 seconds then off continuously looping. I already stripped it down and re-added RAM GPU HDD everything.... no beep errors won't POST.
Since I get no beep errors I'm assuming its the MOBO...
Anyways I need a similar MOBO to the one I have since I can't find a seller of mine online for new to try and diagnose the error.
All the Gigabyte mobo I can find are LGA 1151 so it's not compatiable with my CPU. I want the MOBO to support at least one video card obviously and dual channel memory. My specs are below if you want to know anything else just ask.

Motherboard: Gigabyte P67A-D3-B3
CPU: Intel Core i5 2310 2.90Ghz
RAM: PNY XLR8 2x2GB DDR3 + Patriot 2x4GB DDR3 (both are 1600Mhz)
GPU: EVGA Geforce GtX 1050Ti
PSU: 500W
EDIT: Keep price low ish because I'm going to order an additional CPU in case my MOBO is fine and send back which ever one I don't need
