Which RAM will support my desktop?

Hello, Im looking to buy ram for my MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard because games bring up my ram usage to 90% when playing and I want to increase the ram so my games can run smoother and faster. As of now I have some brand of memory that I used from my old computer which works fine but still looking to upgrade it. The ram is 4GB x 2 with 1600 MHz each. So if you can find what type of memory my desktop can support and is 8GB x 2 which i can buy i'll be grateful.

My System Specs are:
64-Bit Operating System
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
Intel Core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
MSI GTX 960 4GB GPU

any ddr3 1600 1.35v will do the trick. just get the lowest latency (cas9 or lower) and the highes amount of gigs you can afford...
yes you could buy faster ram than 1600 but there would be no perfomance advantage especially in games...

I know that I can look on the site but RAM is also dependent on the Operating System, the Motherboard, and the Processor.

like I know that the I have processor can only handle 32 GB Max RAM

I know that my rig can handle 32GB RAM Max and 1600mhz as i jsut figured it out but could you go into depth what latency like cas9 is?
