As stated, I use a gtx 1050 ti 4 gb of ram for a gpu, Intel I5 4460 processor, win 10, asrock atx Ddr3 1066 lga 1150 z97 anniversary motherboard. And yet my pc can barely average 60fps in minecraft, my old laptop with the same processor, but only the integrated Intel graphics could average 30-50 with the same sharers and settings active, it even had texture packs on and my new once doesn't... my friend with a gtx 970 averages 90fps in rainbow six siege on high settings, on any settings from high to ultra in rainbow six siege I average 50-60. Please help!

Rainbow Six Siege and Minecraft and completely different games, Minecraft will bring a lot of PC's to its knees, its CPU dependent, meaning it likes really fact Processors more than fast graphics cards, you could throw in a GTX 750 and still probably only get 60fps since your CPU is holding it back. The proof is your laptop Intel graphics vs your desktop with much much faster GTX1050 ti get almost the same FPS in minecraft. Now try to run Rainbow Six Siege with your laptop, and you will find that, that game likes faster video cards, its opposite with Minecraft.
To get more performance in Minecraft, you will have to probably lower how many chunks load in, or get a faster processor that will work with your motherboard.
