That gives no one any indication of what your full system would be. If you want to know all the specs and even the model of the PC (if its Pre-Built) then download and run this it takes about 1-2 minutes tops > http://www.userbenchmark.com/Software. Hope this helps :)

I would do all that, but as of right now this pc doesn't work, and i don't know anything about them lmao, all I know is it looks almost like a gaming pc with the see through panel with a fan on it and a cooler master on the motherboard

If it looks like a Gaming PC then it should have a Graphics Card in it. If you know that looks like then try see what model it says on the sticker which should be on the back of it on the backplate. If you can find out what it is perhaps it could give some indication at how old the rest of the PC is assuming the GPU wasn't upgraded at some point after purchase.

Without a model number or some marking on the case, just by the hard drive and motherboard that is in the system would be impossible to know. It may be a hand build one, maybe something from a vendor. That motherboard model may be from an HP system. So it may be a motherboard someone moved into a new case or an HP computer.

You have no info on the system, where it came from, etc..? Did it just fall on you from the sky? Really need some more clues here to figure anything out.
