I used PSX Download Helper for transfering of playstation games Data.
For this, I connect PS4 to my laptop via Lan cable (both of them are lan 10/100/1000)
In windows, I share my laptop wifi connection with local area connection, and set the PSX software IP for proxy of PS4 conncetin,(for more information how conncetion is see also http://littleboyreports.com/entertainment/videogames/how-to-download-playstation-4-games-via-pc-at-blazing-fast-speeds/)
When I used win 10, the transfer rate was 60mb/s which means the full duplex were used, but when i use win 7 the speed decreases to 12MB/s with same cinncetion methods. I check the Duplex and other settings and they seem to be okay.
Any Idea what is the difference between this 2 windows network connection?
