Hi, I have an Acer aspire M 5811, running Windows 10, Intel i5 750 processor with 6GB ddr. I am using Nvidia GeForce GT 320 at present, would a GTE 750 To slot in as a replacement. Any advice would be welcomed

No reason for the 750/750Ti not to work.
Just be sure to check the power requirements as some cards might require a 6-pin connector.
