I build my PC few months ago with current parts.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4 2400 MHz
Processor Cooler: Noctua NH-U9S
Mother board: MSI Intel Z170 KRAIT-GAMING-3X DDR4 HDMI ATX Motherboard
Processor: Intel Core i5-6600K LGA1151 3.5 - 3.9 GHz CPU
HDD: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive
Power supply: Corsair VS Series 650 Watt Power Supply

And currently have EVGA GTX970 4GB GDDR5 256-bit graphic card.

My problem is that once I put graphic card into my computer it boots for split second and then turns off.
I had this problem before when i had different make power supply 850W which I though was the problem, so i replaced it with corsair 650w power supply and though everything will be cool, but the same problem appeared I tried placing graphic card into different slots changing the fuses for connection cables to 13A nothing I done so far has helped me so I'm seeking for somebody's help. :)

I tested my graphic card on one of my friends computers and it perfectly booted from his without no problems.

edit; Im willing to give any additional information if required to solve this problem, thanks. :)
maybe there is need to edit something in BIOS in order to activate slot or something?

At the moment I can't get another graphic card to try on my motherboard that will take around 2 days but I will try this for sure.
