Asus Cerberus keyboard issues

My keyboard has 2 light settings, Blue and Red (default).
When the LED is blue everything works fine, but, when I change it back to red, it starts blinking and typing multiple letters.
For example: ggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyy

Also, sometimes it does not change to blue or switch back to red itself.

I have already updated its firmware available on Asus website, but still facing the same issues.

Please provide the best solution or let me know the process of upgrading firmware.

Thanks in advance

Per your comment, the firmware located on Asus's support page shows a zip file for download upon which an executable is all you need to click on to initiate a firmware update.

The only exception to double clicking the installer is to always install drivers and critical apps in an elevated command:
Right click installer>Run as Administrator

If the issue is persistent in spite of a firmware update, then the product itself may be faulty. You may need to contact the seller and Asus and ask for an RMA.
