Solution
That green though >->. But in all seriousness, that's a solid build but to cut down to 1000 Euro i would cut down to a i7-6700 (locked) hence grab a B250 Motherboard (with 4 RAM slots still) and use the Intel stock cooler that should bring down the price pretty well and offer close to the same performance. https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/WpbbZ8

But a few more cuts will need to be made to get it under 1000 Euro. If you don't game a whole lot moving to a RX 470 4GB would be great for 1080p Medium/High still and get the build within 1026 Euro if that sounds acceptable to you. https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/VJVkyf

Hope this helps :)

thanks for the quik response.
ill definitely will cut down to the i7-6700 and the b250 and remove the cpu cooler.

cutting down to 1000 is a bit over the top but 1115,- will be just fine!

The best I could do is get it to around $1125 without dropping you to an i5 or 3gb verison of the GTX 1060.
Since doing video editing you NEED to use Nvidia GPUs as the software can utiilize CUDA cores so there will be a noticable gain using Nvidia over AMD for your needs.

I dropped i7 to non overclockabgle, used stock cooler, changed mobo to H270 board, got 2400mhz speed ram (you really wont notice a difference), and dropped PSU to Sesonic bronze rated unit (still very good):
