So i built my first pc,everything works fine.Except i was missing a vga to vdi cable for my graphics card,so i am running the integrated graphic card intel hd 610.And that adapter came today so i put in the graphics card (Gygabyte Rx460) connected everything and when i turn it on it says no signal on the monitor. Why is that so?And then i was searching for answers on the internet someone says disable it in the device manager or disable it in BIOS.I did all of that and it still says no signal when i turn it on why?

Solution
Well the only way to know for sure would be to follow the instructions listed. It's specifically mentioned that the micro USB cable is not included.
Plz power our device trough the micro USB port on it using a 5V/2A(Max) power adapter (NOT included)

It does say it's an active cable though:
Ugreen Active DVI to VGA Converter can be used to connect a video graphics card or PC with DVI-D 24+1 output

which is what you want.

Then, looking at reviews:
Works as advertised, though when I purchased it I did not notice that it needs a micro USB cord to power it. That USB cord is not included.

This product does work however it needs a power source. I was lucky to have so many unused USB ports but if you don't have one...

Please post your full system spec.

Which DVI to VGA cable did you buy?

The RX460 only has DVI-D (digital), with VGA being an Analog signal. Unless you bought an adapter specifcially listed as "active", you likely have a passive adapter - which cannot convert Digital to Analog.

A passive adapter is intended to be used from DVI-I (both analog & digital signals) and will cost around $5

Active (to convert digital to analog) will cost $15+

So you are trying to say that my adapter doesn't give enough power to the monitor and the card?
And no i did not use the micro USB because it did not come with the adapter even if it says so on amazon.

Looking through the reviews..... it does appear to be active and will convert Digital to Analog (like you want it to).... provided you give it power.

Yes, that would be what you want to do.

If you have a phone charger that doesn't have the USB that can be removed from the wall plug, you could probably just power it from the wall too.
I'd recommend USB for long-term use, but you could certainly test with a wall plug microUSB for now.

And one more sorry, I didn't find a place for the pci-e pin connectors on my graphic card? Am i blind or am I stupid,or the graphic card doesn't have to be connected via pcie pin connector from the power supply.
