Over the last few days after performing an in house upgrade of my windows 7 files to fix my system files due to possibly file corruption. I find that my computer and my graphics card seem very very hot compared to what it was at before this "fix".

I downloaded core temp to check my computers tempature and will be attaching a screenshot. Does it seem like its fine? because its extremely hot! to the touch (computer case is very hot)

I have gone through services and turned off ones I dont need to be running but it stills seems not to make a difference.

Im not sure what it was before upgrades as i didnt check. I had no reason too .. than my display driver started failing constantly. Contacted microsoft support who than tried to fix but werent able to so they made me do an in house upgrade of my os .. once i did that.. every thing got screwed. I have downloaded all drivers that are recent and made sure everything is up to date. Also went into services and turned off services i didnt need and its so hot i cant even touch my computer case. I just dont understand.
