I do troubleshoot pc's myself and gives advice to my friends about PC. But this one pulling my hair, one of my friend gave his PC to me for troubleshooting. I've checked the problem the PC keeps restarting for every 1 or 2 minutes.
So I booted the PC and I'm in the desktop after 5 mins it restarted automatically with no BSOD. I thought it could heat issue. So I entered into BIOS and looked at the temp, CPU temp was 80 C and it gradually increases to 90-95 C and restarted. So I reapplied the thermal paste and changed the stock cooler. Now the CPU temp is 60-65 C at BIOS and even at the BIOS setup it continues to restart at interval or 1 min as the temp remains on 60-65.
Then I tried these,
So I'm suspecting the Mobo or BIOS.
Specs:
Mobo- Intel DH61WW
CPU- i3 2100
RAM- ADATA 2 GB
GPU- no GPU

1. Replaced with New PSU
2. Replaced the memory
3. Removed HDD
4. CMOS cleared
5. Cables connections are verified
So I'm suspecting the Mobo or BIOS.
