PSU needs a swap out with a reliable/quality unit + I'm certain the GTX1050Ti won't work in the system due to an incompatible BIOS environment. I'll disregard any bottlenecks from your Ivy Bridge Pentium for the sake of progression but that will need a change to something like an Ivy Bridge i5. The highest I could safely recommend would be a GTX650 after you get a good PSU.

Your mobo will support the GTX 1050 Ti after a BIOS update, as other mentioned however you'll need to upgrade your PSU and your CPU will be a hard bottleneck so you should consider getting a better CPU as well or directly going with a new build.
