Hi ! When i open the task manager and go to the perfomance tab it shows that 50% of my memory is being used (3,9GB of 7,9GB), which is super odd since the only program running is Chrome.exe, and it takes just 400MB, the others background programs are like 50MB not near of suming the 3,9GB.

Also i am getting some fps lag on heavy games, even with my gpu at 70%. Can it be my cpu or is it my RAM ?
Please help, i am really dumb at this stuff.
