I am not even close to an experienced pic builder, and I am wondering how to hook up my case fans. I have a corsair 460x RGB case (that comes with 3 sp 120 RGB fans) and I bought an additional 3 sp 120 RGB fans but the problem is that my motherboard only has 4 case fan connectors. I have an evga 750 watt gold plus fully modular power supply and I can't seem to find a way to hook the remaining 2 fans up to that. Is there any way I could fix my problem without buying any additional pieces or adaptors? (I kinda already blew my budget on the pc parts)

If this helps i have a:
EVGA 750 Watt power supply
Intel core i7 4790k
Nvidia Gtx 1060 rog strix 6GB card
Cooler master hyper 212 Evo
1 TB hard drive
256 GB San disk SSD
Asus z97-ar motherboard
16 GB DDR3 Ram

Thank you for any help

Not really. At minimum you need more fan headers. That means either splitters for your motherboard ports, a discrete fan controller, or powering the fans directly.

They wouldn't be much good as RGB fans if they didn't hook up to the motherboard, so splitters make some sense. You can get splitters that will control two fans off each motherboard port. Or you can buy larger powered splitters that handle up to seven fans from a single motherboard port.

They aren't terrifically expensive.

Honestly though, 4 fans is probably plenty for that hardware. Only reason to have more is to make it look pleasing.

^^ follow that lead. My preference has always been to power fans direct from the PSU instead of motherboard whenever possible.

You can even get a splitter that sends fan signal to the board header that requires it, but powers fan directly. Like the CPU fan for instance.
