Primarily used for gaming. I'm aiming for a relatively quiet PC (at least when idle). My goal is to build this PC as soon as the Ryzen 5 CPUs comes out April 11th. Any thoughts?

Included links to vendors' websites where available.
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X 6core @ 3.6 GHz (4 GHz turbo) 16MB L3 (when it comes out April 11)
CPU Cooling: be quiet! Dark Rock 3 (good looking cooler, but will need to ask for the AM4 bracket which might take some time)
Motherboard: MSI X370 SLI Plus
GPU: MSI R9 390X 8GB (reuse from old build. might get vega later this year)
Storage1 (Windows): Samsung 960 EVO 256GB M.2-2280 SSD
Storage2: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD (reuse)
Storage3: WD 1TB (reuse)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
PSU: Cooler Master V750 Watt (reuse)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400S Tempered Glass White
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I might add some NZXT Aer RGB fans for some cool effects. :)
Using NZXT Kraken X62 liquid cooling for the CPU would look awesome too but the AM4 bracket probably takes ages to ship (I'm in Europe) and I want to complete the build by next Friday. :D
Also with the case I am using the only place to mount liquid cooling is in the front, and I don't want to swap the case. This seems less good to me since hot air will then be used to cool the other parts. Unless I add intake fans to the top of the case but in this case since hot air rises the airflow would be going in an unnatural direction.

1. Improvements?
2. What are your opinions on the liquid cooling in front?
3. Are there any other quiet coolers with standard AM4 support? I know Noctua has some but I hate their fan color. Is it possible to replace the fans?

Solution
If your use is for batch apps which can use many threads, then ryzen 1600X is a good deal.
If your main use is for gaming, not so much.
At the same price, a I5-7600K with an overclock will run at 4.8 with a higher IPC.

I like your cooler and would use that on whatever you get.

It seems that how high you can OC ryzen is determined mostly by what luck you have in getting a good chip.
Not so much with the cooler.
Your pc will be much quieter with the air cooler you have.

If you orient a radiator to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will...

EDIT: The rad. will exhaust out of the case. I prefer the front of my case have some fans to feed the hardware within.

Will that M2 drive disable any Sata ports? Some do.

Is a regular SSD drive less expensive? Does the minimal increase in speed justify the price difference?

And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.

1. Nope looks good however I agree with waiting for benchmarks before buying to ensure it's going to be a good price/performance purchase.
2. High end air > high end AIO, the Dark Rock 3 is a good aftermarket CPU cooler.
3. There's not many out currently but soon we should see more bracket's being released for AM4 support.
