Help with New White-Themed Gaming PC ~$1200

I'm looking to build my first PC and I am looking for it to be white themed. Since this is my first build I do not really know where I should start, any advice would be appreciated! My budget is $1200 and I already have monitors, a keyboard, a mouse, and an operating system.

Added a PSU and a decent water cooler. Swapped out the SSD for a 240GB to keep it within budget.
