Specs are:
i7-4790k
16gb of ddr3 1888mhz
Samsung 850 evo 1tb SSD
internet capacity is 100mb down, and 20mb up

I recently got unlimited cloud storage for Google Drive so I've been uploading large file things that I had on my external drive. I tried to upload many large files like 30GB and larger, recently I tried a 90GB file using Chrome to Google Drive. I gave my specs because, there is not an issue with bottlenecks.

After about 30 min of just uploading, not doing anything else, my RAM usage goes from 22% to 99%, eventually going to 100% locking up Windows causing me to hard boot off.

My virtual memory is set to System Managed Size. min=16mb, recommended=2937mb, currently allocated=16384mb. At the start, default was automatically manage, but my disk usage was 100%, so changing it fixed that.

What is the issue? I've tried other browsers, like Firefox and Edge, same issue. I ran sfc /scannow in CMD, came back with nothing. Please help!!!!
